Employee Rights: Contributor Information
We are the Internet's leading employment law portal!
Although our web site is designed for HR professionals, in-house counsel and employment lawyers, a significant number of visits each month are employees or former employees looking for information regarding a workplace dispute. We know this from the number of visitors we direct to our employee rights section and the emails we receive from individuals seeking legal advice. We do not respond to any of these emails and, until now, have attempted to direct these visitors off of our web site. While the prior employee rights section was successful in limiting the emails from disgruntled employees, we would like to offer these visitors reliable (but generic) information regarding state law employee rights. By creating a substantive employee rights section, we feel it will limit employees searching through the remainder of our content, which will not help them. If you would like to contribute an entry to our employee rights section, please contact us using the form below. You must be an attorney or certified HR professionals to post an entry. All entries will include the author's name and contact information. Thank you! Contact Us
