Affiliate Program Information

Our Members Are The Nation’s Top Employment Law Firms.

We are the Internet’s leading employment law portal.

Tens of thousands of HR professionals, in-house counsel and employment lawyers visit our site each month to keep pace with the trends in employment law.

Our Member law firms (Affiliates) provide the content for our web site—links to their articles, seminars and press releases.   In return, we drive corporate decision-makers to Member sites.

If you are a law firm that would like to increase the visibility of your employment, labor, benefits or immigration practices, check out the information on this page or contact us using the form to the right.

Membership Levels

We offer three different Affiliate Program Membership levels.  The levels are designed to meet the needs of all firms, regardless of size or the number of articles the firm produces.

Please review the membership levels, but contact us to discuss which one is right for your firm.

Partner

We do all the work!  We review your firm’s web site every business day for new content (articles, seminars and press releases).  We then upload the content directly to our site (which appears immediately).  There is no work for your lawyers or marketing staff.

We recommend this membership for law firms that write articles on a regular basis and host a solid number of seminars each year.

COST: $1,995/year.

Counsel

Our Counsel Membership provides all the benefits of our Partner membership - where you do the uploading.  We give you access to an interface that allows you to upload your articles, seminars and press releases directly to our website.  (It takes less than a minute to upload any content!)

This is our most cost-conscious membership, particularly for firms that produce a significant amount of content on their site.

COST: $995/year.

Associate

Our Associate Membership is a pay-per-submission membership.  Law firms have access to an interface that allows them to upload their articles, seminars and press releases directly to our website.  Associate Members will be charged for each item uploaded to our website.  New Associate Members are required to deposit $500 into their account (and must maintain at least $250/year in account activity).

COST: Prices range from $25 to $75 per submission (see below).

Associate Member Fee Schedule

• California, New York and New Jersey—$75

Can Any Firm Join The Program?

No!

To become an Affiliate Member your firm must:

  • maintain a professionally designed web site
  • regularly produce top-quality employment law articles.

Our current Affiliates represent the leading employment law firms in the country. They host the most sophisticated, well designed and informative legal web sites on the Internet.

The size of your firm does not matter, but you must meet the two criteria above in order to become an Affiliate Member.

    What Does Membership Cost?

Partner: $1,995/year. Your membership year begins on the date you join the program.

Counsel: $995/year. Your membership year begins on the date you join the program.

Associate: Our Associate Membership is a pay-per-submission membership. Contact us for the current fee schedule.

Do We Transfer Our Articles To Your Site?

No! We link to the articles that appear on your website.

The purpose of the program is to drive traffic to your web site.  If you aren't already actively engaged in trying to increase your web site traffic, you should know that your competitors are.

Is There Any Work Involved For Our Attorneys or Marketing Staff?

    That's up to you!

There is no work involved for Partner Members. Our software checks Partner sites each day for new content (articles, seminars and press releases). We then upload the links to the new content. Counsel and Associate Members complete simple, easy-to-use forms to upload the content to our site. Uploading an article link takes less than one minute!

    What's The ROI?

    More web site visitors!

The more content you produce on your site (articles, seminars, press releases), the more traffic we can deliver. We are confident that we will be one of your firm's leading web site referrers. (If you're not sure what a "referrer" is, ask your IT/web department for your referrer report).

Our site is visited by tens of thousands of visitors each month and we send out our Daily and Weekly Newsletter to thousands of subscribers each day!  Each of these visitors is looking for employment law information and we send them to our Affiliates' web sites.

    Will the Program Generate Clients?

Research shows that law firm web sites generate business because clients search online to locate legal counsel!

  • A survey of legal service buyers by Greenfield/Belser revealed that "nearly two-thirds...have gone online to locate outside legal counsel." More importantly, the survey showed that "portals and search engines bring buyers to your site."

  • Industry expert Touchpoint Metrics confirmed these numbers in a summer 2003 survey, finding that 65% of corporate legal services buyers have gone online to locate outside legal counsel, and 38% searched weekly for legal services on the Web! Equally important, 56% of the firms surveyed averaged "9.35 new clients annually whose 'first awareness' of their firm was their Web site."

If your web site is not creating business or building your brand, shut it down!
