Mr. Molho concentrates his practice in labor and employment law where he consistently achieves victorious and cost-effective outcomes. He has successfully served as lead counsel through all facets of trial and appeal.  For example, in January 2009 Mr. Molho won a 5 day jury trial defending an employer in Joliet, IL against whistleblower and retaliation claims.
 
Mr. Molho defended and won a three-day trial involving claims of breach of employment contract and retaliation brought in Cook County Circuit Court. He played a key role in winning summary judgment for an insurance agent charged with negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.  He defeated breach of contract and warranty claims brought against a firm client at an AAA proceeding in New Jersey and won a counter-claim on behalf of the same client.  On the labor front, Mr. Molho has won many labor arbitration cases in a lead chair capacity. 

Mr. Molho is an experienced practitioner before a variety of administrative agencies including the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the EEOC, the NLRB, the Illinois Department of Labor and the Illinois Department of Employment Security.  Mr. Molho is panel counsel for a variety of well-known employment practices liability insurance carriers.  These carriers appreciate Mr. Molho’s candid and forthright advice as well as his ability to resolve cases early.

Mr. Molho received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in 1990 from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota where he was also elected Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Molho attended law school at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio in 1993 where he graduated cum laude and participated on the Case Western Reserve Law Review: Associate 1991-92 Volume 42.  In addition to his legal credentials he holds a SPHR certification in human resources.

Mr. Molho is often asked to speak on employment law topics.  In 2008 he spoke on topics involving restrictive covenants and the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).  For the second straight year the DuPage Bar Association asked Mr. Molho to speak at its Basic Skills Course on the topic of employment law in December 2008.

Mr. Molho is admitted to the Illinois Bar as well as the United States District Courts, Southern District of Ohio and Northern District of Illinois including its Trial Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth and Seventh Circuits. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and acts as a DuPage and Cook County arbitrator.  He serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors for the Progress Center for Independent Living located in Forest Park, Illinois.  Mr. Molho was chair of the Labor & Employment Law Committee of the DuPage County Bar Association in 2005 -06.
