Orion G. Callison, III is the principal of The Callison Law Firm P.A., which provides legal services in the South Florida area, serving Miami, Fort Lauderdale, the Palm Beaches and their neighboring communities. The firm’s main areas of practice are business and commercial litigation, labor and employment law, education law, trials and appeals.

Mr. Callison, a 1988 Columbia Law School graduate, has over twenty years of legal experience as a trial, litigation and appellate attorney. He was formerly a partner in an “Am Law 200” national law firm before opening his own practice.

Mr. Callison practices in the area of employment litigation, representing both companies and employees in state, federal and local cases involving: separation of employment; employee rights and benefits; employment contracts and policies; separation agreements and severance; defamation and privacy issues; non-compete agreements and restrictive covenants; Title VII and other discrimination claims; retaliation actions; sexual harassment; pregnancy claims; whistleblower actions; Fair Labor Standards Act and unpaid wage disputes; Americans With Disabilities Act claims; Family Medical Leave Act disputes; workplace safety and violence issues; and all other litigation related to employer/employee relations. Mr. Callison is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.
