Andrea Mertz is an employment law attorney with Waldman Law Group, P.C. and represents clients in the Greater Reading Area, Berks County, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Philadelphia, Schulykill, Lehigh, Northhampton, Dauphin, Lancaster and Lebanon.  Her practice includes employment law with an emphasis on employment discrimination issues.  She has a background of helping individuals overcome significant challenges in their lives. She is particularly interested in employee rights and helping discrimination victims against defendant businesses and public or government employers.

Ms. Mertz pursues the rights of both private and public sector employees who have experienced unlawful employment discrimination, or whose rights pursuant to the Family Medical Leave Act (�FLMA�) have been violated.  Ms. Mertz represents clients before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (�EEOC�), the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (“PHRA”) and in Federal and Pennsylvania state courts. 

Ms. Mertz’s practice also includes representing clients in negotiations concerning employment agreements and severance agreements and when necessary representing clients in arbitrations or court actions.
