Mr. Cohen began his career with Kamer Zucker Abbott in 1994, as a runner. After enduring several years in the East, he returned to the Firm as an associate in 2002. Mr. Cohen represents employers in all facets of labor and employment law before the state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has recently been involved in several proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Nevada Department of Administration.

While in law school, Mr. Cohen served as the Executive Editor of the Administrative Law Review, the official publication of the American Bar Association�s Section on Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. He also participated in the 25th Annual National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition at New York Law School. During part of his time in Washington, D.C., Mr. Cohen worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney�s Office, Fraud and Public Corruption Section. He is the author of Gambling with Uncle Sam: An Overview of Tax Policies Toward Gambling Income, 1 Gaming L. Rev. 487 (1997).

Mr. Cohen is a member of the American Bar Assocation, Sections on Labor and Employment and Litigation, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Clark County Bar Association, where he is an active member of the New Lawyer�s Committee and Trial-By-Peers Program. Mr. Cohen also assists the Clark County Legal Services Program in providing pro bono services in domestic relations matters.

Practically a native, Mr. Cohen has made Las Vegas his home for over twenty-five years. He prefers being able to visit the snow rather than live in it.
