Mr. Keller joined the Firm in 1996. He exclusively represents and advises employers in labor and employment law matters, including labor relations, union organizing, arbitration, and employment discrimination claims. Mr. Keller’s interest in labor and employment law was crystalized after a lengthy and unsuccessful Teamsters Union-sponsored employee strike against his family’s school and charter bus company in 1986-87.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 17, 1970, Mr. Keller attended the American University, Washington College of Law where he was a member of the American University Law Review. He was also an associate of the Nevada American Inn of Court from 1997-1998.

Mr. Keller is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Society for Human Resource Management, the American Bar Association’s Section on Labor and Employment Law and Section on Litigation, the State Bar of Nevada, and Clark County Bar Association.
