Mr. Caiaccio graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002.  He was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif.  During law school, Mr. Caiaccio served as a member of the Moot Court Board, and also served as a member of the Robert Wagner Labor Law Moot Court Team on which he represented the College of Law at a national moot court competition in New York.  Mr. Caiaccio obtained his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in International Business from Florida State University in 1999.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Caiaccio practiced with a firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where his practice was primarily focused on traditional labor relations.  He also practiced labor and employment law with an Atlanta-based firm for several years.

Mr. Caiaccio's practice at Ogletree Deakins focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law.
