Lawyer Profile
Mr. Blair is a graduate of the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond and the Cumberland School of Law. Mr. Blair began his professional career at the Law Offices of Batchelor & Simpson, P.C. where he became the Associate General Counsel to Southern Energy Homes, Inc. During that time, Mr. Blair specialized in general civil litigation with a special focus on commercial and employment litigation.

Mr. Blair joined Ogletree Deakins in 2002 and now devotes his practice to representing employers in all workplace matters ranging from litigation to compliance issues. He enjoys working with employers to develop effective workplace policies and procedures. Mr. Blair frequently lectures to human resources personnel and other business groups on topics such as the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Alabama Workmen's Compensation Act.
