Mr. Bixenstine has over 20 years of experience providing legal counsel to employers and employees covering the entire range of personnel issues, including contract administration, hiring, employee termination and separation, mergers, relocations, force reductions and workplace investigation.

He is accomplished in obtaining both permanent residency and non-resident status for foreign employees on behalf of employers, in all significant employment-related visa categories.

Mr. Bixenstine has extensive experience in employment and labor-related litigation, including jury and bench trials, administrative hearings and arbitrations, with specialized expertise in analyzing statistical issues in employment litigation.  His experience also includes representing municipalities, public school districts and community college clients in employee relations matters, arbitrations and SERB proceedings.  In addition, he is experienced in drafting and negotiating employment, government, and commercial contracts.  He has specialized expertise in drafting and implementing Alternative Dispute Resolution programs.
