Deanna Benjamin has substantial experience with business and family immigration issues.  Her practice consists primarily of business visas and employment-based immigration for multinational corporations and other organizations.  She has experience working with a broad range of companies and employees including brokerage firms, financial advisors, architects, universities, and health care professionals.

Deanna also brings judicial and legislative experience to her business immigration practice. She worked at the New York Immigration Court assisting judges with judicial decisions.  She also worked for a Senatorial immigration congressional liaison department assisting constituents with immigration issues while working closely with immigration and congressional officials.
