Kristen Baun received her law degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and graduated as a member of the Woolsack Honor Society. 

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Baun was an associate at a defense firm in Philadelphia where she represented a variety of corporate clients in complex litigation cases at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court. Ms. Baun is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations.

Ms. Baun represents clients in a broad spectrum of employment-related matters.
