Ms. Bartholomew is originally from Portland, Oregon, and joined the Nashville, Tennessee, office of Ogletree Deakins in June 2006.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bartholomew served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas T. Woodall, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, and practiced with the Nashville law firm of King & Ballow where she represented national and regional clients in general commercial, intellectual property, and many employment-related matters.

Ms. Bartholomew represents employers in both federal and state courts, concentrating her practice in employment litigation.  Ms. Bartholomew received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Belmont University and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University with a certificate of specialization in Law & Business for her coursework in business law and corporate management co-taught by professors from Vanderbilt Law School and the Owen Graduate School of Management.
