In addition, Mr. Kamer also serves as a Mediator and Neutral Arbitrator. He is currently a panel arbitrator and mediator for the Mountain States Employment Panel of the American Arbitration Association. He is also a Neutral Employment Law Panelist for the National Arbitration Forum.

Other professional activities include serving on the Nevada Bar Attorney Disciplinary Committee from 1990-1999, the State Bar of Nevada Standing Committee on Judicial Ethics and Election Practices from 2001-2003, and the Nevada Judicial Discipline Commission from 2003-2004. From 1982 until 1991, he served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and, from 1991 until 2000, at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a frequent guest speaker at university lectures, management training programs and labor and employment seminars. He has been a Master of the Nevada American Inn of Court since 1995. He is presently serving on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Nevada.
