McCulloch works with the firm out of the New York Office, representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law. He has extensive experience developed over more than 25 years of practice in complex cases, including class actions, statistical presentations and defense, counseling on large scale layoffs and reductions in force, and similar matters. Mr. Mc Culloch was New York Regional Counsel for EEOC, and Supervisory Attorney at EEOC's Philadelphia Litigation Center. He is the author of Selecting Employees Under The Law, and the originator and original author of Termination Of Employment, which is now published by WestGroup, and scores of other articles on employment-related matters. He has been lead counsel on many cases, including some landmark cases in which the employer has prevailed; he is admitted in New York, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Courts for Puerto Rico, attended Columbia College and Fordham Law School, and resides in New York.
