Mr. Rosenberg practices exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law, representing management before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Rosenberg's practice also encompasses counseling employers in a wide- range of personnel administration and industrial relations matters. Mr. Rosenberg graduated from Cornell University in 1983, and received his law degree from the George Washington University in 1987. He is a member of the American and California Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California. Mr. Rosenberg was lead counsel for the employer in Gosvener v. Coastal Corp., 51 Cal.App.4th 805 (1996), a decision creating favorable law for employers in the areas of alcohol discrimination and reasonable accommodation.
