Stephen R. Lueke(Partner)Ballard Rosenberg Golper & Savitt, LLP Lawyer Profile Stephen R. Lueke is a partner of Ballard, Rosenberg, Golper, & Savitt and exclusively practices Labor and Employment Law and Related Litigation on behalf of Management. Mr. Lueke holds a personal "A-V" rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He graduated from the University of South Carolina (Cum Laude) and received his law degree from Loyola Marymount University. He represents employers in all facets of labor and employment, particularly in the areas of wage and hour, union organizing, collective bargaining and before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Lueke held a number of positions with the NLRB's Headquarters and field offices prior to entering private practice. Mr. Lueke is a member of the American and California Bar Associations' Labor and Employment Law Sections, and currently serves on the American Bar Association's Committee on Practice and Procedure Before the NLRB. Mr. Lueke was recently appointed to the California Industrial Welfare Commission's Wage Board for the State Public Housekeeping Industry (Wage Order 5). With Mr. Rosenberg, Mr. Lueke is co-author of "Wage and Hour Laws", which is included in the CEB publication, Advising California Employers (2d Edition, 1996). Mr. Lueke is admitted to practice in all of California's state and federal courts, as well in the Third, Fourth, Ninth and District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeal.
