Dean A. LeDoux(Partner)Gray Plant Mooty Lawyer Profile Dean’s employment and labor practice involves litigation and advising for unionized and non-unionized employers. He has significant experience working with employers on union-related labor law matters, including handling grievance arbitrations, defending unfair labor practice charges, and union election campaigns. Dean also represents labor and employment clients in a variety of jurisdictions, including federal and state courts, and before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and other such agencies. Dean has broad and extensive litigation experience representing businesses and individuals in a variety of forums, including significant appellate practice. He is a principal in the firm's Employment Law Practice Group and represents and advises employers in employment and labor law matters. He also has an extensive business litigation practice, including handling complex antitrust and general commercial litigation matters. Dean completed his undergraduate studies at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. In 1986, he received his law degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School.
