Jacko III has represented national banking institutions, corporate management, and international franchising and retail distributors. He has also represented creditors and franchisors in a wide array of intellectual property, RICO, asset recovery, mortgage foreclosure and receivership actions. On behalf of franchisors, John has litigated issues involving Lanham Act trademark infringement, Federal Arbitration Act enforcement, restrictive covenants, and franchise encroachment.
