Lawyer Profile
Bobbi Britton Tucker devotes her practice to representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She has represented employers in a wide variety of employment-related matters before many state and federal courts and agencies, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge and FLSA claims.

In addition, she has experience representing and advising employers in such union-related matters as collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice proceedings.

Bobbi was an attorney with the Pittsburgh office of Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling when that firm joined Buchanan in 2006.

Having worked for 10 years as a professional in the field of human resources before joining Klett Rooney, Bobbi also regularly counsels employers and trains managers on human resources issues and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Bobbi's human resources background enables her to provide employers with both a practical and legal approach to labor and employee relations, and she works with clients on implementing proactive and positive employee and labor relations practices.

Bobbi was selected as one of 30 of Pennsylvania's 2005 "Lawyers on the Fast Track" by American Lawyer Media.
