Michael Abcarian is managing partner of the Dallas office. His experience includes representing Fortune 500 corporations, units of local government, and local business interests in labor and employment matters. He handles cases in both federal and state courts, as well as complex litigation and class actions. He frequently appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, and the National Labor Relations Board. He also handles traditional labor law matters, including NLRB representation proceedings, NLRB unfair labor practice proceedings, arbitration of labor disputes, and labor contract negotiations. He is a sought-after speaker and he has written extensively on labor and employment law issues.
