Stephen Moniak(Associate)Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC Lawyer Profile Stephen Moniak practices in the Harrisburg office of Buchanan Ingersoll, and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Sections. Stephen concentrates his civil litigation practice in the areas of complex business litigation, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, contracts, patent and trademark disputes, unfair trade practices, banking and lending issues, shareholder and partnership disputes, healthcare, RICO and ERISA litigation. Stephen has handled a wide variety of litigation cases in many courts throughout Pennsylvania, as well as in Maryland, Florida and Texas. In his employment and labor law practice, Stephen provides counsel to employers and routinely handles employment litigation cases. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Widener University School of Law, where he served on the school’s Law Review. He is a past-president of the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
