He handles litigation involving civil rights, disability, and discrimination claims before federal and state courts and agencies. Jonathan also has considerable experience in other employment matters such as wrongful termination, defamation, university tenure, and breach of contract issues. His practice includes individual cases and federal class actions, mediations, and arbitrations.
