Amy Kett's practice focuses on federal appellate litigation and employment discrimination law. She has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and has written briefs in numerous cases that the firm has handled for clients before the D.C. Circuit, other federal district and appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Amy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the U.S. Supreme Court and for the Honorable Laurence H. Silberman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

In law school, Amy she was executive editor of the Harvard Law Review.
