Representative Experience

Defending a large energy company in a class action discrimination case involving hundreds of current and former employees.

Obtaining a temporary injunction from a Virginia state court and then a permanent injunction after a team member on a large government contract solicited over 100 of the client's employees.

On behalf of a major health company, halting the efforts of eleven former sales executives who left the client's employment, started a competing business with a confusingly similar name, and then solicited the client's customers.

Winning a reverse discrimination employment dispute following a jury trial.
