Mary Kathryn Kelley(Associate)Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. Lawyer Profile Mary Kathryn Kelley is an associate in the Cooley Godward Litigation department. She joined the Firm in January 2000 and is resident in the San Diego office. Ms. Kelley’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including securities litigation, as well as white collar criminal defense work. Ms. Kelley joins the Firm from the U.S. Department of Justice where she was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of California prosecuting violations of federal criminal law. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, she was an associate at Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison in San Diego where her practice focused on business litigation and labor and employment litigation and counseling. Ms. Kelley received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She received her B.A. in biology and anthropology from Mills College in Oakland, California.
