Molly Harcos(Associate)Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. Lawyer Profile Molly Harcos is an associate in the Employment and Labor practice group in Cooley Godward's Litigation department. She joined the firm in 2004 and is resident in the San Francisco office. Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Harcos served as a law clerk to the Honorable Simeon Acoba, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii. Ms. Harcos received a J.D. from the University of California at Davis, King Hall School of Law, where she was elected to Order of the Coif. During law school, she participated in the King Hall Immigration Clinic. She was one of two student advocates who appeared before the San Francisco Immigration Court and obtained asylum for a young girl from China. In the Summer of 2001, Ms. Harcos participated in a legal internship for the United Nations Compensation Commission in Geneva, Switzerland, and studied at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. Ms. Harcos is a member of the State Bar of California.
