Molly Brown Forstall(Associate)Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. Lawyer Profile Molly Brown Forstall is an associate in the Employment & Labor practice group and a member of the Cooley Godward Litigation department. She joined the Firm in 1995 and is resident in the Palo Alto office. Ms. Forstall’s practice is concentrated in the areas of employment law and general litigation. She has represented employers in a wide range of disputes, including wrongful termination claims, stock option disputes, and discrimination claims. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Forstall completed a one year clerkship for the Honorable William H. Orrick, Jr., U.S. District Court, Northern District of California . Ms. Forstall received a J.D., with distinction, in 1994 from Stanford Law School where she was a semifinalist in the Marion Rice Kirkwood Moot Court Competition in 1993 and served as president of the Stanford Moot Court Board in 1994. She was also an article editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review. In 1992, Ms. Forstall served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Barbara Caulfield, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Ms. Forstall attended Stanford University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies with honors and distinction in 1991. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. At Stanford, Ms. Forstall received the Firestone Medal For Excellence In Research. Ms. Forstall is a member of the State Bar of California.
