Robert P. Foster(Partner)Fisher & Phillips LLP Lawyer Profile Rob Foster is a partner in the Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on litigation of employment disputes. He is a member of the firm's jury trial team, as well as a co-instructor for the firm's in-house trial training program. A substantial focus of Rob's litigation practice involves noncompete agreements, nonsolicitation agreements, trade secret theft and misappropriation, employee raiding issues and similar issues related to protection of corporate assets. His other areas of expertise include discrimination litigation of all types, wage-hour litigation, and independent contractor litigation. He has handled single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff and class action litigation.
