Victoria L. Eslinger(Member)Nexsen Pruet, LLC Lawyer Profile Vickie Eslinger is an attorney in the firm's Columbia, SC office, and she practices in the area of general and business litigation, labor and employment as well as in the firm's international practice. Ms. Eslinger is a Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law Ms. Eslinger holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina and has served for a number of years as a member of the faculty of the Harvard University Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Course. She formerly practiced law with O'Melveny & Myers in Paris, France, and is fluent in French, Spanish and Italian. A frequent lecturer at South Carolina Bar seminars, Ms. Eslinger is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Law Institute. She is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Center for International Business Education and Research at the University of South Carolina and has served on numerous boards of directors of local civic organizations. Ms. Eslinger is a recipient of the 1994 YWCA Tribute to Women and Industry award. She has been named among the Best Lawyers in America in two practice areas: Labor & Employment Law and Family Law. In 2004, the University of South Carolina School of Law honored Ms. Eslinger with the Compleat Lawyer Platinum Award. Ms. Eslinger received the honor in recognition of her more than 30 years of practicing law.
