David Dubberly is an attorney in the firm’s Columbia, SC office and practices on the employment and international teams. He is admitted in the state and federal courts of South Carolina; the U.S. Court of International Trade; and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, and Federal Circuits.

Mr. Dubberly is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a Specialist in Employment and Labor Law, and he is a member of the Court's Employment and Labor Specialization Advisory Board. He was Chairman of the Employment and Labor Law Section of the South Carolina Bar from 1992 to 1993.

Mr. Dubberly has successfully defended companies in employment lawsuits in federal and state courts in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio. He has also helped clients negotiate international joint venture, distribution, and licensing agreements, and set up sales offices and distribution centers in the U.S. and approximately 10 countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Dubberly is named among the top legal practitioners in employment law in the 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 editions of Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers.
