Representative Work

  • Assisted in the identification and resolution of employee and labor relations issues implicated by the purchase of assets of a bankrupt company by a foreign purchaser.
  • Assisted in the successorship analysis and resultant employee and representation obligations for an out-of-state corporation purchasing assets of a microelectronics company through a bankruptcy auction.
    Drafted and edited with co-counsel a petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court on behalf of a pro bono client. (Court review pending).
  • Updated and co-edited the Strike Prevention and Control Handbook, written by Robert W. Mulcahy and Marion C. Smith, gaining exposure to the many issues that arise for management when faced with a potential strike, the different approaches that management may take to prevent or control the situation, and the laws governing management’s response.
