Rob Mulcahy is a partner and a co-chair of the firm’s Local Government Special Practice Group. He formerly worked as a trial lawyer with the National Labor Relations Board in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin regional office. His practice covers both public and private sector management labor and employment law, including privatization/inter-governmental co-operation agreements, collective bargaining, contract administration, employment discrimination matters, wage and hour, open meeting, public records, ethics opinions and interest arbitration proceedings and education law. Mr. Mulcahy is a former Management Representative for the WERC’s Council of Municipal Collective Bargaining.
