With 50 attorneys and para-professionals working in its Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison offices, Michael Best’s Labor and Employment Practice Group is one of the largest in the Midwest and was recently highlighted as the top labor and employment practice in the State of Wisconsin by Chambers USA. Mr. Levine has a national practice focusing on the representation of employers in state and federal court employment litigation, collective bargaining, labor arbitration, union avoidance, and before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Levine is currently representing the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce in a federal case challenging the constitutionality of Milwaukee County’s Labor Peace Ordinance – a law designed to make it easier for unions in Milwaukee to organize government contractors. Mr. Levine recently completed a two-year term as Chair of Lex Mundi’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.
