Dave Croysdale is a partner in the firm’s Employment Relations Practice Group and Employee Benefits Focus Group, with more than 30 years experience, concentrating his practice on representing management in matters relating to labor relations, executive severance, non-compete agreements, employment discrimination claims, and employee benefits and representing federal contractors for federal contract claim appeals before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and for size determination cases before the Small Business Administration.
