Scott Beightol is a partner whose practice includes representation of management in all aspects of employment and labor law, with special emphasis in counseling and defending employers in employment discrimination and other litigation before federal and state courts, the NLRB, and arbitrators. Mr. Beightol is an elected member of the firm's Management Committee and is co-chair of the firm’s Local Government Special Practice Group. Mr. Beightol served as an elected Trustee for the Village of Whitefish Bay from 1998 through 2004, and co-chaired a $2 million capital campaign to raise private funds for the Whitefish Bay Public Library. Mr. Beightol is listed in the 2005/2006 Best Lawyers in America directory, a publication widely regarded as the most well-respected referral source of attorneys in practice.
