Jennifer Faroldi Kogos(Partner)Jones Walker Lawyer Profile Ms. Kogos is a Partner practicing in Jones Walker’s Labor and Employment section. Primarily, Ms. Kogos defends employers in employment-related litigation, including litigation under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state law counterparts. In addition to experience before federal and state courts, Ms. Kogos represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and its state law counterparts. Drafting employers’ policies, handbooks, and employment agreements, as well as training employees and seminar participants on various aspects of employment law also constitute a large part of Ms. Kogos’s practice.
