Lawyer Profile Emphasis AREAS OF PRACTICE Mr. Roth continues to practice exclusively in the area of labor and employment law defense, representing management in state and federal courts and before various governmental agencies including the DFEH, EEOC, OFCCP, DOL, OSHA and EDD. He defends employers in cases involving alleged discrimination, wrongful termination, employment-related torts and wage and hour claims. He counsels companies in the areas of sexual harassment prevention, identification of potential workplace violence issues, effective use of performance appraisals, and litigation avoidance.
