Neal I. Korval is a shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Area of the New York office. He represents and counsels corporations on all aspects of labor and employment law, including NLRB matters, EEO litigation and advice, drafting and litigation concerning restrictive covenants and trade secrets, employee benefits administration and ERISA litigation.

Mr. Korval lectures frequently on winning arbitrations, complying with EEO laws, sound personnel management and union organizing.
