Thomas M. Wilde(Shareholder)Vedder Price Lawyer Profile Thomas M. Wilde is a shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He represents employers in all aspects of equal employment opportunity, wrongful discharge and labor relations litigation before federal and state courts and various federal, state and local administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Wilde counsels employers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including employee discipline and discharge; harassment and workplace investigations; wage and hour laws; workforce reductions; disability accommodation; and employee leaves of absence. He also represents employers in collective bargaining and labor relations matters and assists employers in preparing and implementing personnel policies. Mr. Wilde speaks to industry and association groups on a variety of labor and employment topics and has co-authored articles on workplace harassment and collective bargaining.
