Mr. Harrison has practiced in the areas of labor and employment law since 1995. He concentrates his practice primarily in litigation of discrimination and other employment related matters. Mr. Harrison has counseled and advised clients on numerous employment-related matters, including disability and FMLA-related issues. He has litigated labor and employment-related matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States, including individual and class action claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, ERISA, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, collective action claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and represented employers in labor and employment arbitrations and administrative proceedings.

Mr. Harrison has represented some of the nation’s major railroads in Railway Labor Act matters in federal courts throughout the United States and before several administrative agencies. He has also represented clients in non-compete and trade secret litigation and arbitration, and has served as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University School of Law, where he taught a class on non-compete and trade secret litigation.

Mr. Harrison clerked for the Honorable Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. at the Missouri Supreme Court after graduating from law school. Mr. Harrison was the recipient of the 1997 Robert C. Welch Voluntary Attorney Project Award. He was also past president of Webster Child Care Center Board of Directors.
