Mr. Brandon is a Shareholder in our Jackson office. Mr. Brandon has defended management in litigation involving claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. He has also represented employers in relation to workplace safety matters, including OSHA on-site inspections and citations. Mr. Brandon has extensive experience providing counseling and customized, in-house training to clients with regard to all aspects of EEO compliance, and has coordinated investigations into allegations of high-level misconduct and whistleblowing activities.

Mr. Brandon is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, Tennessee, the District of Columbia, and Alabama. He is actively involved in the labor and employment sections of the American, Mississippi, and Alabama bar associations, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Mississippi Bankers Association, and the Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association. He has also made dozens of presentations on employment law issues in Mississippi and Alabama.
