Holder(Associate)Greenville Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Ms. Holder is in the Greenville, South Carolina office of the national labor and employment law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. The firm concentrates its practice in the representation of management in labor, employment and personnel matters. Ms. Holder joined Ogletree Deakins in 2004. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Holder attended Vanderbilt University, where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Human and Organizational Development in 2001. She then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as a member of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal. Ms. Holder concentrates her practice in management-side employment litigation, including defending against claims involving employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge and breach of employment contracts. In addition to these litigation matters, Ms. Holder has assisted employers with numerous labor law matters, including union campaigns, union avoidance, decertifications and representation hearings. Further, Ms. Holder has experience in responding to employee charges filed with administrative agencies, drafting employment policies, planning and conducting anti-harassment and other employee training, drafting employment agreements and non-competition and confidentiality agreements. Ms. Holder also speaks to groups of human resource practitioners and others interested in labor and employment law developments. Ms. Holder was recently awarded the Young Professional of the Year award from the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
