Lisa R. Stark(Associate)Baker & Hostetler LLP Lawyer Profile Lisa Stark is responsible for handling a variety of employment and labor matters, although she has a special interest in workplace compliance and human resources issues. Ms. Stark has assisted both private and public employers with employment litigation and traditional labor arbitration matters. She has experience with employment discrimination actions pending before various courts and regulatory agencies, including issues under Title VII, the American with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and comparable state laws. Ms. Stark has counseled clients on regulatory matters and assisted with drafting various employment policies. Ms. Stark's note, “The Education of All Children with Disabilities: Integrating Home-Schooled Children into the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act,” was selected for publication in The Ohio State Law Journal in 2001 and received the Donald S. Teller Memorial Award for the student writing that contributed most significantly to the Journal. Ms. Stark is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Columbus Bar Associations.
