She has litigated matters related to discrimination, sexual harassment, labor-management relations, minimum wage/overtime compensation, covenants not to compete and executive employment contracts.

Ms. Landt has successfully represented clients before the Eleventh Circuit, the Florida Supreme Court, the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission of Human Relations.

Ms. Landt focuses her practice on providing compliance advice and training for employers on topics including Fair Labor Standards Act classifications, Family and Medical Leave Act procedures, employee compensation methods, hiring and termination procedures and company policies and handbooks.
