Ronald J. Klepetar(Of Counsel)Baker & Hostetler LLP Lawyer Profile Ronald Klepetar has experience in negotiating on behalf of client employers with unions and employee organizations in both the public and private sectors. He frequently represents employers during union organizing drives and in litigation before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He also represents employers in wrongful termination and employment discrimination litigation, as well as in arbitrations involving employee disciplinary and contract interpretation disputes. Mr. Klepetar has knowledge in legal developments affecting drug and alcohol abuse programs in the workforce. His other professional experience includes serving as an attorney for the NLRB in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Klepetar was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Jenkens & Gilchrist. Before that he was a partner in the Los Angeles firm of Rexon, Freedman, Klepetar & Hambleton. Mr. Klepetar is a member of the American Bar Association.
