Ms. King's practice focuses on representing corporations in business and employment litigation. Ms. King has effectively represented clients in actions involving employment discrimination claims brought under Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state anti-discrimination statutes. She has also defended claims involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as employment-related tort claims. Ms. King regularly represents a FORTUNE 200 company before the EEOC and state administrative agencies across the country.
