Nancy Inesta(Associate)Baker & Hostetler LLP Lawyer Profile Nancy Inesta focuses her litigation practice in the areas of employment law, traditional labor law and commercial litigation. Ms. Inesta has a broad range of experience in employment litigation matters including representing employers in age, sex, race, disability and national origin harassment and discrimination claims. She also represents employers in Americans with Disabilities Act claims, workers' compensation discrimination claims and OSHA issues. Ms. Inesta counsels clients on compliance with California and federal laws, including employer compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, federal and state and federal wage and hour laws, CAL/OSHA standards and family leave laws and regulations.
