Katy Yang-Page focuses her practice on employment law and litigation.  As a trial lawyer she has defended employers in class actions, multi-plaintiff and individual employee lawsuits and administrative proceedings involving sexual and racial harassment, discrimination, the ADEA, FLSA, ADA, OSHA, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes.

Ms. Yang-Page is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and has extensive experience in immigration counseling for multinational clients.  In addition, she has conducted training to corporate clients regarding a variety of employment law issues, specifically sexual harassment and diversity.

Ms. Yang-Page graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Northwestern (B.A.) and is a 1994 graduate of New York University School of Law (J.D.).  She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Lisi, United States District Court, D.R.I.
