Katy Yang-Page(Of Counsel)Indianapolis Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Katy Yang-Page focuses her practice on employment law and litigation. As a trial lawyer she has defended employers in class actions, multi-plaintiff and individual employee lawsuits and administrative proceedings involving sexual and racial harassment, discrimination, the ADEA, FLSA, ADA, OSHA, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes. Ms. Yang-Page is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and has extensive experience in immigration counseling for multinational clients. In addition, she has conducted training to corporate clients regarding a variety of employment law issues, specifically sexual harassment and diversity.
