A member of the International Committee of the Section on Labor and Employment of the ABA, Baker's experience includes advising companies from Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden and elsewhere, on doing business in and compliance with the laws of the United States and the acquisition of companies in the United States, particularly where employees are represented.  He has assisted domestic companies with their needs in the international arena, including issues dealing with immigration, union relations and business ethics.  He has met with the Department of Commerce in the United States Embassy abroad regarding issues of domestic companies doing business abroad.

Elected to the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Mr. Wyche graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Business Administration.  He was Co-Editor of Labor and Employment Law for South Carolina Lawyers, published in 1999 by the South Carolina Bar Association.  He has been involved in numerous professional and civic organizations and is listed in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in Emerging Leaders.  A frequent lecturer on the subject of labor relations and employment law, Mr. Wyche has appeared as a guest speaker before trade associations, conventions and academic institutions.
